205: Why Dieting Is Not The Answer To Your Weight Loss Problems with Stephanie Lueras

Stephanie is the CEO of Heart and Sole Fitness & Wellness. She is also a speaker, personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and the author of Break Free to Health and Vitality.

Heart and Sole Fitness aims to empower you to break down barriers in achieving fitness, wellness, and accountability goals, no matter the starting point. Because every single person on earth is unique, and a healthy and whole person cares for their body physically, emotionally, and spiritually in different ways.

In this episode, Stephanie shares about her earlier life struggle with her physical and emotional health. As well as, telling us her story of how she eventually overcame these hardships.

Stephanie has been overweight her entire life and she has tried every single diet under the sun and none of them seemed to work for her.

She knew in her heart that dieting is not the answer to any of her problems and at the same time, something wasn’t right even though things looked great from the outside. Even though she was a pastor in a wonderful ministry and she has an amazing husband that’s very supportive of her.

Eventually, she had broken down at the office and started thinking about things a lot. This helped her think of a goal that will change her life.

She started to establish a habit of drinking water. Using a six-ounce cup that she fills multiple times a day.

She also started cooking more at home for her and her husband’s meals. So she can control the nutritional value of what they eat more. Eventually, she started doing some physical activity too. Starting by walking to the end of the street. She persevered through it even though she thought she felt she was going to die doing it.

Eventually, she got what she wanted and became healthier and actually happy with herself. And now she helps out those in need of assistance with their own health problems.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And she has the website, heartandsolefit.com, which means she's going to be

Dr. Brad Miller:

approaching things in our conversation today about physical health.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And she has some things to say about life transformation,

Dr. Brad Miller:

not only physically but spiritually and otherwise.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Her name is Stephanie Lueras. And we welcome Stephanie to our podcast today.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Stephanie, welcome to Beyond Adversity.

Stephanie Lueras:

Well, it's great to be here with you today.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Awesome. Well, thank you for, for being with us and sharing your story here today.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Stephanie, one of the things I understand that you had a moment in your life w

Dr. Brad Miller:

here you said something to the effect of I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So there's a story there, I believe. And we'd love to hear stories of

Dr. Brad Miller:

kind of how people have come to a point of transformation.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So tell us a bit of your background of what you've come through and what you're all about right now.

Stephanie Lueras:

All right, well, yes, that point of being sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Stephanie Lueras:

I know a lot of people out there can relate to that feeling.

Stephanie Lueras:

I'm a person that's been overweight my entire life.

Stephanie Lueras:

I have been on every diet under the sun, you name it.

Stephanie Lueras:

I've tried it, I have lost and gained hundreds and hundreds of pounds over the years.

Stephanie Lueras:

And I knew in my heart of hearts, that dieting was not the answer to my problems.

Stephanie Lueras:

But at the same time, something wasn't right. I was from the outside, things looked great.

Stephanie Lueras:

I was a pastor, I have this wonderful ministry, I have this amazing husband,

Stephanie Lueras:

and everything looks good. But I was unhappy. And I felt very stuck in life.

Stephanie Lueras:

And for me that that very specific point was I sat in my office one afternoon

Stephanie Lueras:

and just you know, crying out in into the, into the air.

Stephanie Lueras:

I'm like, you know, God, there has to be something different from this.

Stephanie Lueras:

And I honestly didn't know what the something different was going to be.

Stephanie Lueras:

Because I've tried it all I knew it wasn't going to be a diet,

Stephanie Lueras:

because in my head that was going to fix all my problems.

Stephanie Lueras:

But I knew I had that reassurance, I had that comfort that I'm not alone.

Stephanie Lueras:

And things are going to change, just hang on.

Stephanie Lueras:

And at the same time, I'm a pretty linear thinker. I'm a very goal-oriented person.

Stephanie Lueras:

So I really starting to look at things and look around at life and what's going on.

Stephanie Lueras:

And yes, my physical health is a mess. I am overweight, I do not feel good.

Stephanie Lueras:

My emotional health is a wreck. I have PTSD. I am not coping with life in any positive way.

Stephanie Lueras:

But I had mentioned, I'm a pastor. And so we get that great mindset that

Stephanie Lueras:

pastors have it all figured out in the spiritual department.

Stephanie Lueras:

And the problem was, I was doing the bare minimum in my spiritual life, to get by.

Stephanie Lueras:

To serve my people to preach on Sunday to lead the Bible studies.

Stephanie Lueras:

I wasn't growing my personal spiritual walk to fill myself so that I could continue to fill others.

Dr. Brad Miller:

You're letting some parts of your own personal life go in order to serve others,

Dr. Brad Miller:

and that's not the optimal way to do it, is it?

Stephanie Lueras:

Right? And it was that was one of my big mindset shifts through this journey

Stephanie Lueras:

through the last few years was that it's okay to take care of yourself.

Stephanie Lueras:

It's okay to put yourself first. So in really starting to get this picture of what things look like,

Stephanie Lueras:

what needs to change, I understood there are some physical changes.

Stephanie Lueras:

There are some emotional changes. There are some spiritual changes that need to happen.

Stephanie Lueras:

But I also know the grand sweeping changes, never last week.

Stephanie Lueras:

It's like the New Year's resolution syndrome. We're good for a few days,

Stephanie Lueras:

a few weeks, maybe a few months, but it's not going to stick long term.

Stephanie Lueras:

So what can I do that is probably going to work, the very first thing that I did out of anything,

Stephanie Lueras:

and like, in my mind, like was a mess at this point, the very first thing I did was drink water.

Stephanie Lueras:

And it wasn't like, let's get this giant container of water and fill it multiple times a day .

Stephanie Lueras:

It was a six ounce cup of water, that I had a timer, and I go and fill it multiple times a day.

Stephanie Lueras:

Start to establish that habit, then it's okay, instead of the drive thru twice a day

Stephanie Lueras:

to feed my husband and myself, I'm gonna cook at home, doesn't matter what I'm cooking at home,

Stephanie Lueras:

but I'm gonna cook at home. And so then it started to be cooking at home.

Stephanie Lueras:

Now let's start to be a little bit aware of what we're what I'm making that nutritional value,

Stephanie Lueras:

really starting to feel better. I feel like now at this point, I'm ready for some physical activity.

Stephanie Lueras:

But in a significantly larger body, I was pretty close to losing my mobility. S

Stephanie Lueras:

o in my mind, the only thing that was possible was walking. So I go out the door,

Stephanie Lueras:

I walk to the end of the street and back and I feel like I'm gonna die.

Stephanie Lueras:

But I keep doing it. It's the end of the street and back around the block around the neighborhood build up.

Stephanie Lueras:

Same thing happens then. But I get the idea. In my mind, I wonder if I can run,

Stephanie Lueras:

which is a foreign concept for the girl that fake sick in gym class.

Stephanie Lueras:

But I go through, and it's the same thing again, I want to die. But in that moment,

Stephanie Lueras:

again, it was just like something needed to change. Again, something clicked when I tried running.

Stephanie Lueras:

And I'm like, I gotta figure this out. So physically, I'm going through this process

Stephanie Lueras:

of figuring out how fat girls run goes in, you know, building up five K's 10 Ks,

Stephanie Lueras:

half marathons, marathons. But at the same time, I'm finding this incredible piece in movement,

Stephanie Lueras:

this incredible way that I make sense of the world. So I'm working on this physical area,

Stephanie Lueras:

all these goals in the other areas, shoring up that emotional health,

Stephanie Lueras:

looking at the coping mechanisms I'm using, making steps forward in that area

Stephanie Lueras:

is changing my spiritual life. I'm in a place where I'm very willing to have the people I trust,

Stephanie Lueras:

that accountability in place to help me to grow to make sure that I'm spending

Stephanie Lueras:

that time in my spiritual walk growing, so that I'm able to continue to heal the emotional hurts.

Stephanie Lueras:

That I have to deal with the physical changes that I'm doing through this whole process.

Stephanie Lueras:

I'm becoming that person that isn't unhappy anymore, that people want to be around. I'm more efficient.

Stephanie Lueras:

I'm showing up fully and present in the day.

Stephanie Lueras:

And so it went from I'm going to drink water to without actually intentionally dieting.

Stephanie Lueras:

I've lost over 200 pounds. So there's a lot of change that's gone on.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Let me hit the pause button just for a second I want to reflect with you just a minute here

Dr. Brad Miller:

because one of the things I like to do Stephanie is, I have kind of a process that I teach called the ACTS plan,

Dr. Brad Miller:

ACTS plan, and the A in the ACTS plan is an action bias and so I really like to

Dr. Brad Miller:

kind of connect it with you what some of the was some of the actions that you took were

Dr. Brad Miller:

reflect back with you and you had your moment the I'm sick and tired, sick and tired.

Dr. Brad Miller:

You had your emotional meltdown as it were in your office.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So that was your moment of saying okay, sounds got to change here.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So you were motivated there to do it. And if I'm understanding usually

Dr. Brad Miller:

just kind of baby steps in drinking water kind of baby steps in walking litter, almost literally babies that's there.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And then also in not going through the drive thru eating at home.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And then also some steps in your spiritual and emotional life

Dr. Brad Miller:

starting to click in to and the result was just in the physical aspect alone.

Dr. Brad Miller:

I heard you say a second ago. You ended up losing 200 pounds in my reflecting with you.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So the actions that you took there?

Stephanie Lueras:

You are spot on.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So I guess what the lessons we want to kind of touch on here is to take action.

Dr. Brad Miller:

You know, you got to have physical tangible things that you do,

Dr. Brad Miller:

you had, whatever happened, your breakdown moment,

Dr. Brad Miller:

which was tears flowing, or whatever the situation was.

Dr. Brad Miller:

That's physical, and then you actually physically did the other things,

Dr. Brad Miller:

even though they were hard, you would do that you would have just six ounces of water.

Dr. Brad Miller:

You know, you start somewhere. And I just admire that so much.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And that's what I think I'm hearing you teach here, and then results can come.

Dr. Brad Miller:

But I bet, you know, I know, I've had weight loss journeys of my own.

Dr. Brad Miller:

I've lost well over 100 pounds from occasion, so years ago, and 50 pounds on many occasions.

Dr. Brad Miller:

But so I know how some of that goes, and how it's all inner interconnected

Dr. Brad Miller:

with your spiritual and your mental health and personal relationships and so on.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Well, let's talk for a second here, Stephanie, about how important the other aspects of this.

Dr. Brad Miller:

You talked about the results, you lost your 200 pounds.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Let's talk about the spiritual development piece, the emotional development piece.

Dr. Brad Miller:

How they came into play here, how kind of being intentional about a spiritual connection was a part of this process for you.

Stephanie Lueras:

I don't think that anything I've done, wouldn't be possible without the spiritual connection.

Stephanie Lueras:

And it comes back to really looking at that whole person. That it's not just the physical things that we do,

Stephanie Lueras:

there is an emotional connection to things there is that physical, that spiritual connection to things.

Stephanie Lueras:

And for me, I had gotten a little bit lost in that I was just going through the motions of living,

Stephanie Lueras:

instead of being led by my beliefs, by what I understood in in my own faith.

Stephanie Lueras:

And so I can only go to the limit of my understanding.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So you then had to go choose then if I understand you correctly,

Dr. Brad Miller:

not only in the steps, and you're, you know, the water and you're ready to get home,

Dr. Brad Miller:

you had to choose into gold on a deeper and maybe a system uncomfortable place

Dr. Brad Miller:

your spiritual walk as well. Is it fair?

Stephanie Lueras:

Absolutely. And it, a lot of it, you know, things like exercise,

Stephanie Lueras:

things like eating well can be uncomfortable. But wrestling with our beliefs,

Stephanie Lueras:

wrestling on that spiritual plane on those with those emotional issues.

Stephanie Lueras:

That is probably one of the most difficult but rewarding things we will ever do in our lives.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And that's where the battle is won and lost. I think that love 100%.

Stephanie Lueras:

And that, I think is something that we're not meant to do alone. We're not meant to do in a vacuum.

Dr. Brad Miller:

We let's talk about that for a second and the emotional support. You mentioned, you're a married person.

Dr. Brad Miller:

I know you believe in accountability partnerships, for instance.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Tell me about how all that worked, accountability, loving relationships,

Dr. Brad Miller:

emotional bonds. How maybe some of those were helpful, maybe some not helpful.

Dr. Brad Miller:

I don't know. You know, because I know when we make changes,

Dr. Brad Miller:

sometimes there's people in our lives that are not helpful.

Dr. Brad Miller:

But what about the emotional aspect to this both in your relationships

Dr. Brad Miller:

and how it was helpful to you and maybe how you're helping other people now?

Stephanie Lueras:

Well, my relationships and accountability play in so much in everything.

Stephanie Lueras:

And sometimes they overlap. Sometimes they don't.

Stephanie Lueras:

You know, my husband is my biggest supporter, my biggest cheerleader.

Stephanie Lueras:

But I know just out of the relationship that we have, he would be a horrible person to hold me accountable.

Stephanie Lueras:

Because it's just not the communication that we have in our relationship.

Stephanie Lueras:

That's not what we have in our relationships. So when I look at those things, like okay,

Stephanie Lueras:

I have identified these areas in my emotional health.

Stephanie Lueras:

I have identified this area in my spiritual walk.

Stephanie Lueras:

It's looking outside myself off into other places that I can trust where I can find the support I need.

Stephanie Lueras:

Some of it has been friends, some of it has been other spiritual leaders and pastors.

Stephanie Lueras:

Some of it has been support groups and mental health care and all sorts of different things.

Stephanie Lueras:

There's never just one place to get the answer.

Stephanie Lueras:

And you it's not always sunshine and roses.

Stephanie Lueras:

Because as I've gone through this process of growth,

Stephanie Lueras:

as I've gone through this process of change, you know, I talked about at the beginning.

Stephanie Lueras:

I was a pastor at a church. Well, as we've grown and changed through the years,

Stephanie Lueras:

my husband and I came to a point where that ministry wasn't a fit anymore.

Stephanie Lueras:

And it was time to leave. Had I been the same person that I was, at the outset,

Stephanie Lueras:

I wouldn't have had the ability to make that decision.

Stephanie Lueras:

Because I wouldn't have been able to see the toxic environment that I was in in that particular church.

Stephanie Lueras:

But I was able to have the support, have the outside accountability, to help me to see what I needed.

Stephanie Lueras:

The confidence to then say, enough is enough, move out of that ministry

Stephanie Lueras:

into another church into another spiritual family that is supportive,

Stephanie Lueras:

that it does have the beliefs that we have, and wholeheartedly is the place where we need to be.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Yeah. But relationships are a funny thing. Because sometimes,

Dr. Brad Miller:

some with best intentions can kind of enable your your own problems.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And sometimes in our relationships, we can kind of be numbed to the realities around us.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And then sometimes we have people who can hold us accountable

Dr. Brad Miller:

which accountability is not always comfortable either.

Dr. Brad Miller:

But it's probably the best thing for us. And it seems like you've learned a lot in this whole process here.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And, and that's been part of the transformation for you. And now you're helping to give that to others.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And I want to get into this, how you share this with others here just a minute.

Dr. Brad Miller:

But one thing is also like just to touch on it, some of the things I like to teach here, Stephanie is

Dr. Brad Miller:

how there's a we have our moments when we have our pain moments,

Dr. Brad Miller:

which kind of forced us to change. And we have our emotional relationships and our spiritual part,

Dr. Brad Miller:

which is also what I call the cognitive piece of it, which is the disciplines,

Dr. Brad Miller:

you know, the application that you'd have to sustain this.

Dr. Brad Miller:

I'm just assuming, for instance, and I'm pretty sure I'm right, that when you decided that,

Dr. Brad Miller:

you know, enough is enough, and sick and tired of it, sick and tired of it,

Dr. Brad Miller:

and you end up losing 200 pounds. You probably didn't do that in 30 days,

Dr. Brad Miller:

you probably took longer than that, then you had to sustain this.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So tell me about how some of the habits, some of the disciplines,

Dr. Brad Miller:

some of the lifestyle changes that you've made, that you had to sustain

Dr. Brad Miller:

in all these areas, you know, physically physical health, mental health, spiritually.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Tell me how smooth a change where you're at before.

Stephanie Lueras:

So for me, I have come to understand that for sustainable, long lasting change.

Stephanie Lueras:

It has to happen in some of the smallest ways possible.

Stephanie Lueras:

And that's the part sometimes that we don't like, because we don't get the instant gratification.

Stephanie Lueras:

Nobody's waving the magic wand for us. So often, I don't see the daily progress.

Stephanie Lueras:

I see the sweeping results. In hindsight, because I have taken what seems to be an insurmountable thing.

Stephanie Lueras:

You know, I didn't set out to lose 200 pounds. And if I had sat down and said,

Stephanie Lueras:

I'm gonna lose 200 pounds. That's such a huge thing, that I probably would not have made it that far.

Stephanie Lueras:

But when we break it down to the tiniest bits, like I'm going to drink six ounces of water

Stephanie Lueras:

over and over again, and start to repeat those habits, build on those habits, snowball them.

Stephanie Lueras:

That's where that those results come in hindsight.

Stephanie Lueras:

That's also where that accountability comes in,

Stephanie Lueras:

to keep us going to remind us where we've come from, not only the encouragement and the push,

Stephanie Lueras:

but also providing us the resources we need when we get stuck, because it's not a linear journey

Dr. Brad Miller:

Right now far as the resources that we need, you've called upon some of those in your life

Dr. Brad Miller:

and now, you are a part of creating and being an inspiration and a resource person to other people,

Dr. Brad Miller:

you have heartandsolefit.com and you have your book, Break Free to Health and Vitality.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And you are a personal trainer yourself and a person who from a formally non-active person

Dr. Brad Miller:

now you are involved with Ironman is that right? You're doing Ironman, and—

Stephanie Lueras:

Yes, I'm training for Ironman triathlons now.

Dr. Brad Miller:

That is, wow. Way to go on that. I've done a few long. I've not done Ironman. I'm a cyclist.

Dr. Brad Miller:

I like to bike but I've taken on a couple of long bike rides. And that alone is an endurance test.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And so I'd say yeah, God and way to go, that is awesome.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Oh, tell me a little bit about what now that you have just accomplished in your life.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And you're looking to teach others you're a a coach,

Dr. Brad Miller:

and a person who gives other people advice, and a personal trainer in a month.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Tell me a little bit of what you're all about in that way.

Dr. Brad Miller:

What do you offer other people now and I know you have some particular ways

Dr. Brad Miller:

that you like to approach things from a body positive standpoint?

Dr. Brad Miller:

Only with people you offer to other people to help them, that you've had this transformation yourself.

Stephanie Lueras:

Absolutely. You know, as I was going through my own journey,

Stephanie Lueras:

I had so many people telling me, you need to show me what you're doing.

Stephanie Lueras:

And I didn't think I was doing anything special.

Stephanie Lueras:

But also at the same time in working with endurance, my endurance coach and sports dietitians,

Stephanie Lueras:

and all of these things. That's actually how I became a personal trainer

Stephanie Lueras:

was to understand those things they were teaching me about my body.

Stephanie Lueras:

And just as life change, things progressed, I came into this place where

Stephanie Lueras:

getting very specific in where I'm called to serve people is to walk alongside them

Stephanie Lueras:

in the same journey that I've gone through. And because we are all so unique,

Stephanie Lueras:

there is not one form of movement, there is not one way to eat, there is not one way to deal with life,

Stephanie Lueras:

in putting those structures in place that fits every single person, it takes a little bit of experimenting.

Stephanie Lueras:

It takes a little bit of support. And so I've come into this business,

Stephanie Lueras:

putting it into place where I've got the coaching programs.

Stephanie Lueras:

To work with people on movement, on nutrition, on that accountability piece.

Stephanie Lueras:

Whether it's as an individual with a group or even in a business setting,

Stephanie Lueras:

because there's so many different ways to look at it.

Stephanie Lueras:

And it's really coming down to, again, that individual what their needs are in what's going to be sustainable for them.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Stephanie, are you saying that you're coaching it you are about and

Dr. Brad Miller:

how you kind of apply your experience to others means that not everyone

Dr. Brad Miller:

has to aspire to be a 20 year old Instagram super supermodel in terms of their aspirations,

Dr. Brad Miller:

or their models or to be a you know, some flexed out AB guy on whatever it would be

Dr. Brad Miller:

that you're Are you saying that you that there is a healthy, awful place to be for?

Dr. Brad Miller:

Whatever you're about? Firstly, I know you're talking about weight neutral, and so on.

Dr. Brad Miller:

So tell me a little bit about about that in terms of what are appropriate goals?

Dr. Brad Miller:

Or what are the situations we need to do for ourselves and not be too hung up on

Dr. Brad Miller:

what other people think are what social media sales and things like that?

Stephanie Lueras:

Well, the reality is, not every single person's goal is weight loss.

Stephanie Lueras:

Yes, I've I've lost a significant amount of weight. But I'm still not a small person.

Stephanie Lueras:

I'm not your Instagram model, nor do I aspire to be or will ever be.

Stephanie Lueras:

And it's it's meeting people where they're at, in understanding their goals.

Stephanie Lueras:

And really digging to that next level deeper to make sure that's what we're striving for.

Stephanie Lueras:

Because more often than not, I can have someone come in and say I want to lose 20 pounds.

Stephanie Lueras:

But in actuality, when you have a deeper conversation,

Stephanie Lueras:

what they really want is they want to build their strength, their stamina, their stability, their balance,

Stephanie Lueras:

maybe clean up their nutrition because they want to keep up with their kids or grandkids.

Stephanie Lueras:

Or they want to feel better in their skin, there's a lot more than just that number on the scale that we strive for, you know.

Stephanie Lueras:

I don't, I don't expect that anybody that walks into my office or onto my Zoom screen

Stephanie Lueras:

is going to want to run five K's, right, that may not be the movement that they enjoy.

Stephanie Lueras:

But there is some form of movement out there, that one is possible for that person,

Stephanie Lueras:

and potentially, that they actually really do enjoy.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Well, that's awesome. Let's talk a little bit about your programs that you offer.

Dr. Brad Miller:

But particularly I'm interested in maybe some testimonial stories about

Dr. Brad Miller:

some folks you've may have worked with. who have been able to apply your principles here

Dr. Brad Miller:

about you know, your body positive approach, weight neutral, and so on and your story applied into their life.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Tell me about some person you that you've worked with in your coaching

Dr. Brad Miller:

that has come through your process and has had some some success.

Stephanie Lueras:

One of my favorites I work with a lot of people that have been sedentary for a long time,

Stephanie Lueras:

have different chronic illnesses, or for whatever reason,

Stephanie Lueras:

have just not had a lot of consistent movement in their lives.

Stephanie Lueras:

And one of my one of my favorite stories is a gal in one of my group classes

Stephanie Lueras:

that's a little bit more seasoned in years. And for her strength has always been a battle.

Stephanie Lueras:

She just has never felt strong and has convinced herself in her mind that I'm at my age, I will not be strong.

Stephanie Lueras:

And she had this piece of equipment in her living room that every time she vacuum,

Stephanie Lueras:

she had to call her son from across town to come and move it so she could vacuum the carpet.

Stephanie Lueras:

In after working together for a while in some of my classes, probably about six months,

Stephanie Lueras:

she realized one day that she was vacuuming and all of a sudden just picked it up,

Stephanie Lueras:

kept going like nothing had happened. And it took her by such shock.

Stephanie Lueras:

Because she had convinced herself that I'm too old. And I can't build that strength.

Stephanie Lueras:

But she had done it in such a way that wasn't invasive that it was so small over time.

Stephanie Lueras:

That just like I said, you know, you see those changes in hindsight,

Stephanie Lueras:

it almost takes you by surprise when you see something so dramatic that you couldn't do before.

Dr. Brad Miller:

What a sense of accomplishment and affirmation that she had in your life.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And that's an affirmation for you as well. So let's just say then Stephanie,

Dr. Brad Miller:

there's folks who are hearing your voice in my voice here today on beyond adversity,

Dr. Brad Miller:

and they're saying they've had their own moments their own.

Dr. Brad Miller:

Okay, I'm in my own right, sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Dr. Brad Miller:

And for whatever reason, hearing Stephanie here today makes me want to do something about it.

Dr. Brad Miller:

When people go to your website and explore your your products and your services and your book,

Dr. Brad Miller:

what are they going to find where they're going to find for them?

Stephanie Lueras:

Well, if you if you go to my website, you're going to see a description of my different coaching programs,

Stephanie Lueras:

you're going to find my blog, you're going to find my book, you're going to find all the different goodies.

Stephanie Lueras:

But the one thing you are going to find is a place that you can book a 30 minute call with me.

Stephanie Lueras:
